David Torres has not only been in real estate for over 25 years with hundreds of happy residential and commercial clients, but healso used to own a mortgage company to better serve your loan needs and questions. David is currently a licensed and bonded contractor who is helping investors flip, renovate, and make improvements on properties that will make a positive impact on resale or comfort of living. David was also has experience at the El Paso Central Appraisal, serving on the appraisal review board for 6 years. One year David built 65 new homes from the ground up and has built custom homes from 3,000 to over 10,000 square feet. Although I have done many positive things in real estate, my biggest accomplishment is having three amazing children who are god fearing and put god first, family second then everything else.
